Ernest holds an LLB degree from the University of Potchefstroom, a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Law as well as a post-graduate diploma in credit. He was admitted as an attorney in 2009 and headed up the civil litigation and family law department of a well-known law firm until establishing VST Attorneys in 2020. Ernest is also an accredited mediator.
My Story
He is a commercial, credit, and contracts attorney with extremely high attention to detail and a special focus on negotiating, drafting, mediating, and arbitrating commercial contracts. Ernest also has extensive experience in the resolution of inter-company disputes and advising on day-to-day corporate law aspects. Other areas of specialty include property law, family law, personal injury claims, residential evictions, and commercial evictions.
